As the primary liaison between our customers and service technicians, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience while helping our service department achieve its performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
• Prepare repair orders and communicate with technicians throughout the repair process.
• Keep customers informed on repair progress, timelines, and costs.
• Review completed work with customers and explain services performed.
• Ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with the parts and service departments to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) standards.
• Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Follow dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Sales experience or the ability to confidently recommend needed services.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Jeff Drennen CDJR is seeking an experienced, motivated, and Certified Chrysler Technician to join our growing service team. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive work environment where talented technicians can thrive and maximize their earning potential.

Position Overview

As a Flat Rate Certified Chrysler Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles according to manufacturer standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to delivering quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.

Accurately identify mechanical and electrical concerns using manufacturer-approved diagnostic equipment.

Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs in accordance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines.

Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair recommendations and vehicle status.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Stay current on Chrysler training and certification requirements.

Qualifications

Current Chrysler/Stellantis certification preferred.

Previous dealership technician experience required.

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.

Own tools are required.
